Machine went out of service will making a deposit my account not credited till date.
I was making a deposit on the 28 October 2023 just after midnight, at Cavendish shopping center ATM, while the process was going on the machine went out of service. My card was returned but my account was not credited. I called immediately to report and I was giving a reference number. Till date they said they still investigating.
