Mac and Things unauthorized debit order deduction
I am very frustrated that i got up today to a debit order of R1300 from "Mac and Things" deducted , I never authorized this. I immediately went to a Capitec Branch this morning and they told me they've logged a ticket but not sure as to how long will this take to get my money back. I want a full refund. I specifically request Capitec to look into this and provide a feedback ASAP.
