Mac and things inauthorised deductions

Today I transfered money from my savings account to my main account. The money was immediately deducted for Mac and things. I went into the branch to enquire what this is. According to them, it's Temi, Spotify or Shein purchases that didn't go through.

My question was how did it not go through but items was delivered and customs was paid. Mind you I have no order on either the Shein app or Temu app for said amount or on the date they claim the payment should've gone through and it also doesn't reflect on my statement at all, not as a failed payment or insufficient funds, nothing.

Capitec said they cannot help. Refuses to do anything, even though I am showing my delivered orders from Shein and Temu.

What will stop them from doing this again and just fold their hands and we can't help you.
