Lying to me about when my fund will reflect

I had a loan with Capitec i cleared it on 25/02.15, they debited me the 26 th, i reported it, and followed up every day, and was told within 12 - 24 hours, it is monday the 2/03/15. Tsepho is the team leader, management don`t seem to be working on weekends, and its 8:30 there manager Victor is not in the office either?<br> <br> I am going to lay charges of theft as they must pay me back what is mine, i have other debits going off and will be compensated for this. <br> <br> to give me the loan in the begging was a simple process, now they have there money back way ahead of agreement and keeping my debit money and making interest off it. <br>
