LT Services With-Held funds by capitec

I had a business account and a Speedpoint with capitec . Did some transactions succesfully and got my money that was due to me . Now this 1 transaction that apparently triggered ***** department hence it declined at first and the client said i should transact a lower amount and that went through successfully . Now Capitec with-held the funds and asked for an invoice and a slip . I provided that ofcos . Capitec went quiet for quite a long time . After numerous emails that i sent i then got a reply which said the funds will be witheld for a certain period so as to wait for chargebacks . The certain period lapsed , upon contacting capitec they gave me a run around and finaly told me that they are cutting ties with me completely . That i did not have a problem , now nothing is being said about the money that they are holding . I am sending them emails , calling them everyday with no joy . Nothing happens . No replies none whatsoever .
