Loyalty , does not serve any merit, so much for bank better, live better

What is the purpose of a consolidation loan. its one loan to reply all small debts and have one loan and one repayment. Why cant my bank afford me an opportunity . I am well aware of the fact that i am over debt, but to merely turn you down in your time of need. All i am asking for is an opportunity to try and sort out my debt. I've tried other banks, however why not my own bank, of whom i have been a loyal client for over a decade. All i want is an opportunity to start off on a clean slate and if my bank cannot afford me a chance , who else will. Do i qualify for a consolidation loan to the value of R30,000.00 or R40,000.00 over a period of 72 months, and if not what do i have to do. Please do no give the same feedback in regards to the NCR. This is a long term loan, so the rules should differ. I went on line, and without even giving any valid reason, all it states is VERIFICATION FAILED. I am aware that my credit score is pathetic, but i need help in improving. I tried debt review and the company that was suppose to help me, *****ed me over. Give me one loan in order to pay off all my other small loans and have one loan with one repayment. Perhaps that's what Capitec should do, look at the objective and listen to the reason, before rejection.
