Lower monthly payments

I contacted Capitec last month advising them that because I no longer receive commission due to company changes I am struggling to make my payments each month. I asked for a lower monthly payment going forward. The agent I spoke to advised me that they had an arrangement available for me for the next 6months but then from next year onward I would be paying about R1500 more than what I’m paying now. I can’t commit to that because I highly doubt I’d be able to afford that if I’m already struggling with my payments now. I need help, I need a lower monthly payment but no1 is able to assist me. I of course don’t want to start missing my payments. Could someone please get in contact with me with a plan and other options.
