Louis deserves a Bell's

I would like to Thank the Gentlement by the name of Louis Sekhoto on being patient and co-operating with me in terms me finding my money although the help was dependent on other people that we were communicating with via emails and phone were not helping. He kept his calm and worked with me and at some point I was Irate because of the way I was sent back and forth between Capitec and FNB however I had to fight with fnb to commucate with Capitec to get my money eventually got it today. So shout out to you Louis and I think you need to teach your other colleagues how to treat a customer.
