Loud and disruptive employees

I have never been i a bank that is so noisy and so messy like this one capitec thabong mall was the worst shame we were made to stand in ques while the staff is busy chatting to one another running around the bank like its a circus scream and making noise as if its a creche. They keep standing up just to go and talk to eachother and make noise yho i will never visit this branch ever shame no service just making noise
