Lottory Tickets bought and deducted from account but no ticket history

I have had a lot of bad experiences with you guys over the last couple of months and this is just one of them. I have been playing lotto on my app for a few weeks now and on multiple occasions I would get an error trying to pay for my tickets and at one point i kept trying to purchase a ticket and once the app was back up it had deducted money for all those tickets. Worse part is, my numbers till this day did not show up on my history and I don't even remember them as I chose randomly. It just happened now that I bought tickets which was deducted from my account yet my tickets aren't showing on the app and again it was chosen randomly. I have paid for tickets of which i dont know if i matched any numbers because they not showing on the app. How do I get them?
