Lotto payouts theft

After playing powerball on the app and winning a substantial amount, only R10 was paid as winnings on the app. I double checked the results purely by chance and realized I was paid the wrong amount. After lodging an enquiry the reply was that there was no winning combination on my ticket. I had to visit a branch to reopen the enquiry. A month later and no reply yet! How many payouts just disappear and who gets that money? Time to see a lawyer and definitely newspaper to warn people about Capitec and their **** operators. Very poor service and completely *********** personel. What a shame!
