Lost of full salary

I am so disgusted that my whole salary was somehow withdrawn from my bank account and the bank tell me there is nothing they can do because my card wasn't clone or whatever I have lost faith in this bank and believe me my account will be closed imagine going to the bank wanting to withdraw money to buy groceries just after u got paid and your account is empty and all they can say the investigation show that the claim is unsuccessful how must I live or put food on my table but yet I was told somehow someone withdrawn my money that's purely saying I stole my own money I am seriously disgusted because this is loosing trust in the bank I have been with for how many years where my salary is being paid into so now I must wonder what next no I would understand if they could say some sort of refund but to say nothing at all I will never recommend this bank again and be sure my other account will also be closed.
