Lost My money

I am pensioner who has an investment Account with Capitec. Later January I received a call from a person who asked me questions about my bank Accounts not knowing that the person was a ****. Last week Sunday I wanted to transfer funds from my investment only to find that the investment does not appear on my profile. Tried to contact Capitec Bank that same night with no luck. Following day which was Monday I visited the branch in Carnival mall to check what exactly was happening. Only to be told that R60000 was missing in my Account. I was advised to go open a case at the police station before they can open a case for me and advised that I will get feedback after 11 days. Today I received a call from Capitec ***** department and they can't not assist me in getting my money back. First I am not sure how the funds was transferred out of my Account. Secondly I can not give *****s my money just for free like that. But I was not aware that money was transferred out of my Account without my knowledge. Is it my fault that I am not good in technology and I was not aware that the person who contacted me that day was a ****. Where is our safety as customers if Banks were we save our money can be accessed by anyone pretending to be Bank staff.. Really capitec can not protect ur money? So simple by just a phone call 60000 gone just like that??? They have all my expenditures.. Can't they see that such an amount have suspicion around it. Capitec want to kill me with heart attack. Really.. Because I am gogo.. Dnt check my account often then I deserved to be swidored like that?... I trusted capitec.. They did not even both to respect me by calling me to come to their office... But just calling me and telling one month pass nonsense that my money is gone???? Never I want my money.. U r adding all these difficulties to a pensioner.... On purpose. If u knew my money can be gone simple like that.. Y I didn't receive education about it but in advance... Instead of lots of papers to sign here sign there.. Then u go gogo... *******.... I want my money for my grands kids school... Not donating to capitec ****s. and rope us our last cent that we worked hard for.
