Lost my 20k

Capitec is the worst bank ever, on the 25th of July transactions were done from my account while I couldn’t access the app, I reported to ***** and was told it’s under investigation. A consultant called me today saying I last installed an app last year May on a Huawei and phone in which I haven’t used an android phone in the last 5 years, meaning transactions were done on that phone that I know nothing of. 20k is a lot of money to be taken from me but we all know this bank doesn’t care about its people
