Lost money on tempered Capitec ATM

I tried to withdraw money on the atm Capitec pinetown, Hill street , the machine swallowed my card before I even punch the money I needed. It wa during the day and I went inside the bank to report they said the people who tempered with machine are back but still they didn’t have a security guard as usual. I lost R2600 yet I only wanted to withdraw R400.

I sent inquiry and their reply : Forwarded from +***: Capitec: Your dispute has been declined. Reason: All funds dispensed at the ATM. Therefore, no correction can be done. ***. For more info, please.

I want my money back because it’s their atm and it’s their fault to keep their clients safety while using their atm machine. I also will close my account because it very bad customer service and bad bank.
