Lost funds

Capitec bank has failed me. I made an immediate payment to my daughter's account, the account I have been transacting to for over 5 years but the money didn't reach that account but it left my savings account. I then called Capitec bank and I was told that an investigation need to take place to ascertain if the external bank didn't receive the funds. Initially I was told this would take 48 hrs, then after 48hrs I was told about 72 hrs, then after that it moved to 5 days after 5 days then they got the confirmation from the external bank that funds were never received, meaning the money is with Capitec, then I was told to send my daughter's bank statement so that they can confirm same and they say that would take up to days for the funds to be put back into my account but it's been a week already and I'm sent from pillar to post, I've lost count of the number of team leaders I had spoken to and no one gives me feedback, it's only when I call in and I'm told "we really apologize for this" but nothing happens. I don't have money to go to work, my child is about to be suspended from school because I haven't paid school fees, I don't even have food in the house. People your money is not safe with Capitec bank, bank with this bank at your own risk. So now I don't know if I should approach the court to get what is rightfully mine. I'm so disappointed, I just want my money and close this bank account. And when you call in to follow up because no one gives you feedback the team leaders avoid you and tell the consultants that nothing can be done except waiting. I'm so frustrated right now because this is a lot of money, R25000 to be precise.
