Losing my money to the bank I trust but they don't care

After lossing my money I wanted to know how the person used my card to be honest am disappointed with them I got 3 stories from them on how my money was withdrawn. 1 is that I was a 3 D that wanted an auntatification and that I approved on my phone off which I told them it's a lie. 2 one is that the person used my pin and 3rd one is that they used the scan to pay so am not sure how many people lost their monies. I asked a question how easy to crack their system. Never ever trust them with your money
