Losing Life Policy Premiums
I took out a life policy with Capitec Bank in 2024,due to my work environment becoming toxic and my mental health taking a toll. I was forced to resign. When I contacted Capitec I was told by a consultant that I will not be paid out my premiums. How can one just lose your money like that. We live in a world that is so difficult to survive.
I am extremely unhappy and would not suggest anyone to take out policies at Capitec.
