look in to management

Today I was at Capitec Bank Bree I was not happy at all the staff there was just sitting and not welling to help customer's to diporsit at all the the branch manager was the one who was telling people to go out and if you come in you will help yourself what was sad there she didn't even have respect for the old people there when I told her that I have a lot of money for me to diporsit and it was not safe for me to do it out side she started shouting at me and told me if I wanna come in I will go online and do it myself in they computer's what's sad is that there were no customer's in the bank and a very long line at the ATMS and there were guy's fighting outside pluse it was too hot and her staff was sitting and making fun of customer's . what's really sad people move banks to capitec because of paying less but if they not training they manager's how to keep they customer's then it's a problem cause you can't go to a bank on month end and get manager's like this who don't know what's best for the business if management act's like this what is the staff going to do .I'm really let down and hurt of a manager's act , I'm a manager myself and know what's best for the campany I work for and we are bringing alot of money in that bank they will make us end up going back to our old banks cause respect is a must do and customer's 1st cause they get paid to help customer's not sit and make fun of customer's. I'm just hoping they bosses look in to it to save the business.
