long waiting period before calls are answered

Recently I had a query with the bank, and by the time I eventually got through to a real human who could assist me, I had used almost R40 airtime on the call center line listening to a pre-recording of "please be patient". The Facebook page was absolutely useless - they kept telling me to call the call center where I was wasting my airtime. There is no email address to send queries to. I now have a query regarding an international transfer, and I really don't want to waste all my airtime trying to query why the funds are not yet reflecting in my account. I have proof that the transfer took place on 30 October. I need someone from Capitec bank to contact me, at their expense to resolve this problem!
