Long queues at the atm and no social distancing

Long queues at the atm and no social distancing. The company knows they have many customers but nothing is done to add atms in the branches to reduce the time it takes to finally transact at the atm. It’s uncomfortable, risky and unacceptable and it has been going on for long. I’ve never passed capitec atms without queues.

The social distance concern is worse cause we’re exposed to infection. Even worse we stand forever in queues.

I am concerned about making money.
