Long for investigation into *****ulent funds taken from my bank account

Last week I posted and a consultant phoned me back to investigate my funds leaving my account while my cards are in my possession, send bank statements and screenshots of disputed amounts, now with proof how can it take this long to be refunded, also judging by the other reviews this is common complaints, which means your system is vulnerable and you delaying payments and it's starting to look like a health and racquet scenario, where your bank is denying liability, call center leaves a lot to be desired, I just want my funds replaced that came off *****ulently while my cards were in my possession, never used Uber and Google live chat in my life
