Loans appearing in my name

I have been contacting Capitec bank almost everyday requesting a letter from them that states that the loans appearing on my credit report have been/are in process of being removed from my report. I took out one loan with capitec and 4 loans appear in my name. no one has been able to assist me. I have app**** for vehicle finance and this was declined due to this error made by Capitec in my records. I am very upset because when we require assistance they are happy to drag their feet but when you bring in money they able to assist faster. I really do not understand why it takes so long to draft a letter that I can attach as proof for my finance while they do the process of correcting in the background!!!
