Loan that is paid up but still showing me owing

in 2014 i had took a loan wit capitec then i kept on paying later they were not deducting and they claim that i stopped it at the bank that was not true then later i couldn't afford the instalment in arrears the term of the loan ended i kept on paying they took it to lawyers i paid them directly later on 15/09/2017 paid them cash 11850.00 but they did not clear my name on their system mind you i paid extra i received paid up letter but not cleared now my money is with them please assist urgently
