Loan Term
<p>I took out a loan with a 60 month repayment term with Capitec in December 2012. Sometime in 2014 I went and asked for an extension of my loan term so that I can pay less instalments. Last month I discovered that Capitec bank has lowered my instalments in 2014 and treated that period of time as my new loan starting term, so they literally made my loan start from that day! Initially my loan was supposed to end in early 2018 and now goes to end of 2020!! No proper explations were made to me by Capitec staff!!!! I so fed up with this BAD bank!</p>
