Loan taking long to be approved
Never ever do any loan with capitec their app have misleading information and you have to let the call centre call you what they say on the app Is different unlike other banks you get feedback immediately bit this one you have to wait for days to know whether you got approved or declined they app says they respond immediately but it is day 2 and I am still waiting and I bank with this useless people
