Loan statement on app unclear - arrear when not!
Good day. Can anyone assist me in explaining the following:
I have a loan with Capitec. This morning I checked on the app and found the following that is not clear to me:- I am on month 77 of the 84 month term. 6 months.
The loan amount was R122 374. The outstanding balance is R122 744. I am owing more than 7 months ago??
The other thing thats concerning is that it shows I am R3243.45 in arrears?????
Where and when dit I go in arrears as YOU take the money by debit order every month!
If I am in arrear why didn't you inform me??
What exactly is going with this loan account?
