Loan Settlement

i took a personal loan Capitec in 2012 then 2014 i decided to settle the loan via fnb. To my surprise this year i found out the loan was never settled instead they made it an upfront payment which to me doesn't make sense. Capitec is passing the buck on this matter and says fnb never specified whether it settling yhe account or up front payment. There is balance of R700 which they say i must pay even though to my knowledge the account was settled in 2014. Fnb says there is no way it could be their fault because they requested the amounts from their settlement department which makes sense. Somebody at capitec didn't do their job properly and customer must pay because they don't wanna take responsibility. This is poor staff work from capitec and the matter is taken for granted
