Loan settled but no closed

Hi All,<br> <br> How can the Loan that was settled a year ago not closed and yet still shows updates, Very frustrating and disappointing. I took a loan in 2012 and I early settle in February 2014 but the account is not closed. Surprisingly interest is occurring day by day and who's going to pay.<br> <br> This is a huge problem and disgrace people are not doing they're job. I wasted my time calling several times for this to be solved and even went to the branch at South gate Mall. with no success, <br> <br> Please people I require this to be resolved.. :(<br>
