Loan Settled, but credit report still shows unpaid
Good afternoon Capitec Team
Could you kindly update my transunion credit report that your loan was fully settled. The loan was settled August 2015, but on my transunion it still shows as pending. i have the settlement letter as well as proof. your assistance in this regarding would be greatly appreciated.
