LOAN *******S

I need help with my loan with Capitec Bank,the loan does not decrease , but increases every month.I have been paying the account without skipping any payment and paying the full installment.Despite lockdown and the current status of our economy , I am committed to paying the full amount of my installment to Capitec Bank,never have I arranged with them that I have issues with payments , but they rearranged my account and now I am in arreas that I know nothing of....I need capitec to give me a breadown,communication as to how did i come about to be in arrears ?

Please help , very frustrated
