Loan review

So on the 4th I went to capitec to review a personal loan I have with them,I could see amounts have changed and years of payment added with 12 months to pay, some branches said I have made amendments which is not true,they can't trace how amendments were made,I asked for a call where those were made instead I got nothing,I asked for them to check on apps on system they can't get anything, 2 weeks later I have no answers on how they added payments of 12 months and no one to account, am sent from pillar to post,I need answers
