Loan Rescheduling (decreasing my monthly repayments) ***

I have a loan with Capitec, I’ve recently had a death in the family and not too long ago also had some car issues which I’m still reeling from, all becoming cumbersome, affecting my finances at the end of the month. Please could you assist by rescheduling my loan installment with regards to account ********** 226 from R2582.29 to > > > R1480.00, (decreasing my monthly repayments). I don't want to ruin our relationship with Capitec nor find myself blacklisted, I humbly ask Capitec to reduce my monthly installment, it does not matter how long it would take me to finish paying but as long as I can afford the installments, please extend my term and reduce my monthly installment to any amount not more than R1480.00
