By far the worst bank to take up a loan with. Ridiculous percentage! After reaching out to their collections department to finally settle my balance, 2 months later they are still not responding to my emails and no one is wiling to take ownership.

Being transferred from department to department! Furthermore my pay-date changed in August 2019 and I sent a letter from our HR officer to Capitec and Capitec acknowledged receipt of this however, April 2020 my pay date is still logged incorrectly causing debit orders to bounce!

Thus meaning debt interest continues to rise higher every month whilst doing the run around. Definitely would NOT recommend them to anyone!
