Loan Repayment Issue

I am very disappointed with Capitec on how they handled my Loan Repayment Capitec deducted funds from my Absa account on the 29th of Oct 2020 and today I get an SMS saying I am behind with my loan repayments and I should call to make arrangements.I have confirmed with Absa if the money is out and they said Yes it was authorized on the 29 of October 2020. What is concerning to me is that Capitec says I have not paid my Loan account and this is affecting my Credit score and now I am being labeled as a Slow payer or I can’t honor my commitment mind you the money is deducted by them before the agreed date of last day of the month. Can someone sort this mess out?????
