Loan repayment

I have a loan with Capitec Bank, as per my contract with them my contract was expiring in December 2018 I was shocked when I saw their deduction in January. I went to my nearest Bank to enquire what went wrong I was shocked when I was told that I still have one month left which is February the lady who assisted me couldn't explain where debt comes from she said she is sending an email to their head office I must come after an hour, I went back she again I got another shocked that there is R6791.87 under my name. She said that money does not say anything I must ignore. Last week Friday I went to Grahamstown Capitec Bank to check what's going because I am not expecting any deduction from Capitec Bank instead I want my refund for January and February 2019 I was told that there is another 2 months left. This is really unfair because I am not sure why Capitec Bank is punishing me. I had an incident with them when my account was hacked and they were refusing to refund me until I wrote to Hellopeter am not sure whether they are recovering that money from me. Please help this thing is frustrating me.
