Loan Repayment

i am sending this email on behalf of my father. he is medically boarded by the department and no longer has an income. he was trying to communicate with bayport finance to no avalb insteead he is getting demanding sms. He does not have an income!!! we havetrying to contact your call centre to send confrimation for termination of services, NO LUCK!! I want someone heigher to contact me and sort this out beause this is affecting his health in a very bad manner due to threating phone calls and sms.<br> <br> According to the law when one enters into a credit agreement, a credit life insiurance exist and i want to know in his case what does it cover and please proide with a copy of the contract.
