Loan Refused Due to Salary Paid into Savings Account Despite Active Debit Orders

Capitec declined my loan application because my salary is paid into a Capitec savings account instead of the main account. They claim they’re unable to process debit orders from my savings account, even though I already have active debit orders on that same account. Im definitely switching my salary to a bank which can be able to debit a savings account .
