Loan query.

I have a loan which I took out with Capitec in 2021. The loan is in its last three months remaining term. But the amount I owe is ridiculous and I have not been in arrears. I went to the back and received ni helped as the call center kept transferring my call. I need that sorted asap.It cant be that am have three months remaining with much month still and all I get is being transfered from one department to another. Because they dont have a button to adjust the amount.
