Loan paid off!
I went to a capitec branch and requested for a settlement amount and paid off my 60 months loan with capitec on 01/02/20121. I received a paid up letter and was told that no further debits will go off my account. However on the their app it says I still owe one month, meaning I will debited end of a February 2021.
How is this possible when I have settled?
Can you please rectify this as I am not expecting any debit to go off my account.
