LOAN NOT FINISHED

In 2017 I took a loan with Capitec for 3 years, I have been paying well ever since I took it and never skipped a month, It started in April 2017 and was suppose to be finished in April 2020. Last payment was deducted on the 15th of April 2020, I am shocked now when they saying I have another month that is remaining, whereas the previous month it was saying that I was left with one month's installment which already gone, went to the branch and was told they do not know what's happening, called the head office and was told they are not sure of the results of that, now I am confused as to who will clarify this and help me? Am I being ********** or what? It looks like a **************** now. Please assist...
