Loan not depreciating

I hope this review finds you well. I took a loan at Capitec in 2020 and I never missed even one payment. The balance in 01/08/202 was R88 299.94 and since July 2024 the balance is R69 227.69. Sometimes it decreases then the next month it goes up agai. It is not clear eg (in June the balance was R72 863.44 and to date is R69 227.69.

This means I’ve paid only one installment which is not true. I’m sick and tired of their shananigans , you try to alert them they will say “we’re working on issue please be patient with us” lapho bamba amanga ahlaza. I want to what happened to my money I am suffering.
