loan issue

i took a loan from Capitec in 2015,I lost my job after, i went to them and make new payment arrangements fortunate i managed to pay all of their money with the little money i was getting from labour department. my problem is every time i go to other financial institution for a loan they cant help me because im still appearing on their system they haven't removed me ,i dont know why it took so long for them to update their system.in order for me to get help i should visit capitec branch to get proof of payment im so tired of that.can capitec just removed me from their system i dont owe them anything they just making a bad credit record under my name.
