Loan Interest refund ****

Capitec Bank interest refund is a ****... I was promised to receive refund on the 1st of July 2021 but I didn't receive it, I then called again and they said it will be paid on the 15 July 2021 that didn't happen again and I called again they said they will make the payment on the 19th of July 2021 which didn't happen..... when you ask consultant they don't know the reason why the refund was not made.....Capitec customer service is extremely poor...... I consider switching my salary to other bank who value their customers.
