Loan Interest refund.

I have always received excellent services from Capitec, however

I am now disappointed with Capitec, I received SMS's every month without fail for the past 6 months informing me about a loan interest refund I'll receive after making payments regular payment for 6 months. I have now paid for 7 months. Now the SMS's have stopped

I then sent an email to which Capitec responded and said if I qualify for the refund it will be paid into my loan account, on calling Capitec the lady informed me that I do qualify but cant tell me when it will be paid into my loan account I must just wait,.

There is supposed to be another refund after another 6 months of paying, should I believe this?
