Loan insurance

I am really disappointed in Capitec bank, I was retrenched end of August and I had insurance for my loans, I have submitted all their required documents and everything was loaded and I was advised it would take 30 days...I have been waiting for my loan to be covered they took payment for the previous month and when I went to the bank they advised me that they are still processing the insurance to cover my loans meaning that they are still going to process another payment yet again even thou I have no means to actually pay hence I had the loans insured.
