Loan installment

Capitec deducted loan installment from my account late and that has led me being in arrears and I have sent three times to the bank asking them to clear that because I have made the payment never missed it and they told them there’s nothing they can do because in their systems it shows that everything is up to date but this now has affected my credit score badly that I have been trying to build for years. Please fix this because now this is making my life difficult.
