Loan fund payment problems

I app**** for a personal loan at Capitec and it got approved on 29 July 2024. We did the Debi Check mandate got it approved, I received the agreement documents the same day as what we finalized the mandate. The Debit order is currently reflecting on my Standard Bank account. I was told that the funds would pay out within 24/48 hours, however a week later no funds have been paid over. Talking to the helpdesk department is useless, I keep going around in circles for over a week. NO ONE HAS ANSWERS.... I noted another person saying in the review that he has similar problems, which have not been solved in months, I am now worried
