Loan Double debit every month
Every F*cken month my mom calls me to complain that u guys are debitting twice from her bank with regards to her personal loan. Every month she has to go to the bank and reverse and she is still liable for the bank charges. Worse part, u debit from both her bank accounts at times. Please fix this. You guys are being an inconvenience to her.
