Loan Debit
My term loan debited twice today 25th March after the bank did not collect their money in January. I was not called I wasn't sms'd with regards to this. Even in February the bank took their normal installment and did not inform me of my arrears. They are unwilling to reverse the funds and I don't understand why without any communication.
